Shabbat-friendly entrance (back door to lobby has an electric lock but can be opened with a manual key). No smoking in unit, please. Move in August 1st or ASAP. End date is flexible as long as it coincides with the 2027 or 2028 rental season. Sublet possible with landlord's permission. AirBnB strictly prohibited. Maintenance at landlord's expense (responsive and friendly handyman is readily available). Will consider cigarette smokers on a case-by-case basis.
