Everything you need from beach toys (Boogie & skim boards, Barbeques, blankets and towels are included. Please note that only the downstairs portion of the house is available to guests - to insure guest privacy the upstairs (owner's area) remains inaccessible, vacant and unused when the lower floor is rented. Lease period is 1-4 months (possibly longer). Maximum of 4 people. Owner pays for all utilities. No Smoking, No pets. Off street parking for 3 cars. Note: Our home is NOT a knock-around laid back beach house; rather it is a tastefully furnished, clean, well maintained home that happens to be close to the beach - don't want to sound too snooty, just setting clear expectations :-)
