It's fully furnished and perfect for a family or friends. My apartment has two private bedrooms with an attached bath and one living room with in-unit washer/dryer and refrigerator. Rent $1,599/month includes Internet, cable and surface level parking spaces (No limitation on the number of cars. ) Also, we have community center. There's staff everyday and it has clubhouse, study room, free printing, coffee machine, gym and free washer/dryer. Free CAMBUS shuttle 24/7. Plus, as privilege to live here, I offer some things for you. 1. I can give you some of my personal furniture/electronics for free (ex. TV, microwave, oven, vacuum etc.) 2. I'll pay March's rent instead of you. So you can start paying rent just from April. Besides that, I'll also pay deposit instead of you. 3. If you return some attached staff (ex. in-unit washer/dryer), you'll get the discount of your rent.
