It is about 500 square feet total and has 10'-11' high ceilings throughout with newly refinished original hardwood floors. The large living room has a vaulted ceiling, great light and a large walk-in closet. The kitchen is a galley shape with a gas stove and space for a table. There is a swamp cooler and gas wall furnace. The bedroom has a large closet and huge windows and the bathroom still has the original vintage clawfoot tub with shower. Note the pictures are from another apartment with the same floor plan. There is a spacious screened in front porch and small back porch along with a fenced in shared yard and garden space. There is off street parking with a security camera. A laundry facility and shared storage space is also on site. An approved spayed or neutered cat is negotiable. Rent is: For a single tenant - $ 800 plus $150 for gas, electric, water, trash, shared high speed internet ($950 total).
