House was expanded and updated over the past 15 years, so it is virtually new and modern, but with a very strong core. Dale Dixon, renowned architect in the Southeast, managed the additions and other work. House is in Chapel Hill's nicest neighborhood and on prettiest street, close to UNC Hospitals, Law School. It is arguably the most unique and best built medium sized home near the UNC campus. Lot is small but no crowding at all by other homes and taxes are therefore low. Alleged comparable homes not comparable at all, given this house's location next to campus and in a neighborhood where there's no house clutter or annoying neighbors near.
