It is a shared situation with 3 other tenants. You each have your private bedroom but you share the kitchen and bath. There is no lease we go month to month. If you are responsible and well behaved stay as long as you'd like. If not, you will be asked to leave so please don't put us both through the trouble if this is not for you.
