Preference points are awarded to persons demonstrating a creative or entrepreneurial pursuit. INCOME QUALIFICATIONS APPLY FOR RESIDENCY * Figures below apply to gross income per year (before taxes). Max of 75 points will be awarded and scored by a Local Artist Board. Points will be awarded for: Submitting a portfolio Commitment to craft/art Commitment to community involvement Level of experience/training. CREATIVE ENGAGEMENT CENTER The ground floor will offer a public-use space to foster the creative entrepreneurial spirit. Designed as flex space, the CEC will be able to host gallery space, meeting space, presentation resources, and a storefront with first preference to residents. Residents and the public alike will benefit from rich programming to feed the creative soul with a wide-ranging scope soon to be announced. We are an equal opportunity provider.
