Remodeled entire house. New floors, ceilings, walls…added a guest house that has s deck around it. It includes a window unit that keeps the 2 room plus one bathroom , sink , and shower- 365 square feet…as cool as one needs. I added a fence all the way around my property- except the front. Two car garage that I don’t use and then the 2 car carport I use. Kitchen has brand new island and new cabinets , fridge, huge deep sink, and a pantry room that’s very spacious. Each bedroom has 2 huge closets that have 2 doors each. The sunroom has a small kitchen/half kitchen. Stove top that’s old school with the layout for pancakes. No oven. Mini fridge and ice maker. It’s very large. I added office room- added a wall and a door to area that was already an office. I turned the old laundry room/pantry to just pantry and moved my washer and dryer into a room that’s 5 yards from carport house door. It’s got new floors, it’s cooled / heated … has closet space…it’s my laundry room.
