Our graduate student co-op is looking for new housemates this summer and fall! Gamma Alpha is a graduate student-run nonprofit and co-ed house with communal dinners Monday-Thursday. Join our friendly community and get to know your housemates through an impromptu Friday movie night, a weekend hike, or just through chatting. We are located a 3 minute walk from the engineering quad and a 13 minute walk from the agricultural quad. Rent ranges from $330-$543/month, depending on room size. Internet can cost anywhere from $25-100, depending on usage, and there is a security deposit of $1020. For more information and to apply, visit our website at gammaalphaithaca .com Note: Rent and room size are determined by individual room. Bedrooms are private, bathrooms are shared. There are two bathrooms with showers on the 2nd floor, where most of the bedrooms are, and one bathroom without a shower on the 1st floor. Common spaces: the kitchen, dining room, living room, and media room, are shared. There are some lovely features in the house such as hardwood floors, stained glass windows on the first floor landing, and a student-painted mural in the dining room. There is no official lease duration. We only ask that you notify the house recruiter at least a month before you plan to move in and out, so that they can make room arrangements.
