Buyer is responsible for their own due diligence in verifying that the property is or is not buildable.**) Ability to perc is questionable. Public sewer is as far as the intersection of Orsburn and Fern Dr and could be a possibility. It's possible it could perc good enough for a BAT or sand mound or combination system. Last perc results were unsatisfactory but from 2010. Well was abandoned, unknown when. Public water is supplied to the lot already according to the county. Septic was abandoned in 2012. A mobile home was on the property and believed to have been removed around the same time as the septic was abandoned.. All files available from the Health Dept in regards to septic and perc results are attached. The property next door at 118 Orsburn had recent septic work done in 2015 in which the tank was replaced and an inspection of the drain fields was noted as "working and show no signs of failure." (This can be found in the health dept docs for 118 Orsburn.) Worst case, holding tanks may be a possibility because a home existed here in the past but final say is between the buyer and the county. Sold as-is, buyer responsible for their own due diligence.
