I have this property off of Steve's and Roosevelt that has a three bedroom and also a two bedroom on the property it still needs a little bit of work and I am going to have some contractors go in there and finish up to work but I thought before I get that I would put an ad and if somebody is looking for a cheap three bedroom or two bedroom if you want to take it as is and finish up what work needs to be done then I can make it an easy move in for you. Standard move in is usually the first month's rent the equivalent to the first month's rent as a deposit along with the last month's rent and application fees for everybody 18 years and over. I am not worried about bad credit or even if there were any legal issues in the past just looking for somebody who will pay the rent and take care of the property.
