We fell in love with this home during its construction 1998. The two-story home was built by Rose Construction and is situated on a lot with a 100+ year old white oak in the back yard that faces a beautiful East TN valley. We particularly loved the open floor plan with its Master bedroom on the first floor, trey ceilings, and the full partially finished basement. The rear porch area during the spring, summer and fall months have provided us with many hours of relaxation. The location is wonderfully close to Kingsport, yet worlds away with no Kingsport City taxes. Close proximity and access to I-81 and the Tri-Cities Airport make it easy to access for any of the Tri-Cities and beyond. A high priority for our choice of this home was having City of Kingsport sewer & water. The home also has natural gas which was a pleasant surprise. If not for relocating out of the area, we would not leave this wonderful home. This home is wired for a generator.
