House is shared along with kitchen and laundry room. Gardens outside have eating areas, bar b q and fire pit. Renter Must Love Dogs No smoking inside house. I have 4 small dogs so I would prefer you not have a dog but if you do they must be house broken and get along with my crew. Don't think cats would work. Parking in driveway or on street . Access to laundry as much as you like. Property fenced in 5 blocks from beach walking distance to downtown and shops.
