A $50 non-refundable application fee is required for each adult applicant. Utilities will remain in the owner's name throughout the lease. Electricity and natural gas will be billed monthly based on actual usage. High-speed internet, water, sewer, and trash service are included in the monthly rent. PET POLICY: Dogs may be considered on a case-by-case basis with owner approval. Additional pet fee and/or deposit may apply based on the number, size, and type of pets.
