The property is rented fully furnished and will only be leased as furnished. Applicants should have verifiable income, satisfactory rental history, and successfully complete our background, credit, and income verification process. A $50 non-refundable application fee is required for each adult applicant. Utilities will remain in the owner's name throughout the lease. Electricity and natural gas will be billed monthly based on actual usage. High-speed internet, water, sewer, and trash service are included in the monthly rent. The home features a private hot tub that is professionally serviced approximately every other week to ensure it remains clean, safe, and properly balanced throughout your stay. A $150 monthly Spa Service Fee covers professional maintenance, water balancing, chemicals, and routine inspections. No smoking. No pets.
