Carpeted area, walk in closet, side window, private bathroom with some storage space. Have a twin bed/box spring and shoe rack if you want it, other than that is not furnished, light and will have lock for the door so you can have privacy. Prefer a guy to move in, but just looking for a decent renter. Tv, couches, dining table, everything you'd need in the shared space is available. No smoking inside, keep the space pretty clean, and don't damage stuff. Have a lease agreement drawn up that we can go through.
