They will be required to provide a copy of a government issued ID and sign a rental agreement. - Please note: Outdoor amplified sound is not permitted per city ordinance. - Weekly gardening service on Tuesday and pool maintenance on Tuesday & Friday to ensure that everything remains pristine. - Trash Service Day is every Monday, and a Service provider will roll bins in & out - Pool Heating fee may be added for $75.00 per day October 1 - May 31. - VRBO cancellations will have a minimum of a 5% cancellation fee. - Bringing any pet without prior approval will incur a non-refundable fee of $500. If you plan to bring a dog, please seek prior authorization. Please note that cats are not permitted. - $75 Damage Waiver Fee charged to every reservation. All utilities are paid for by owner.
