Hot Water heater was replaced recently with a 50 gallon capacity unit. Large drive way with 2 car carport and a single car garage. HUGE! yard mostly fenced with lots of shade. 5 minutes from downtown. Close access to freeway. Tenant responsible for all utilities, yard care and snow removal. pets are welcome.
