The Master Bedroom has a large, attached Master Bathroom with 2 sinks and separate tub and shower. The view from the master balcony is amazing as you look out over the pool and the Gulf of Mexico. The two spare bedrooms share a full bathroom right outside the door along with the washer and dryer being conveniently located on the second floor. This home will sleep 6 people comfortably, however we can accommodate up to 8 people provided guest 7 & 8 pay the $95 additional guest fee. Check with us to see if we have a roll away bed to provide at no charge. Indigo Reef's modern kitchens feature granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances. All kitchens are fully stocked with all appliances. The eating area is spacious and has a table that comfortably seats six, or a breakfast bar for three. Indigo Reef landscaping is breathtaking, surrounding the property in palm trees and local flora to create a true Island Paradise. If you're a fisherman you'll enjoy the convenience of having your boat right out the door of this unit. The boat slip accommodates boats up to 31 feet and has water and electricity hookups right at your slip. There is a cleaning station adjacent to your slip which is the perfect place to clean your catch. Right on the Gulf of Mexico and within 5-10 min. by boat you're in the Atlantic Ocean.
