This is the best neighborhood in Houston! Also one of the safest in the country. Lots of comunity activities focused on children and families, such as 4th of July parade; Haloween carnival, Christmas memories in the park (with Santa), and spring carnival. Excellent elementary school! The neighborhood has easy access to the southwest freeway and the beltway, 16 miles to downtown.
