You've got restaurants and shops literally right across the street, King Soopers and gas stations just a few blocks away, and the freeways are practically around the corner so getting anywhere is a breeze. It's a shared home, so you'd have 3 roommates, plus full run of the kitchen, living room, patio, and the washer and dryer. There are security cameras in the common areas just for everyone's peace of mind. I'm hoping to find someone easygoing, clean, and respectful of shared spaces, basically someone who likes coming home to a calm, well-kept place. Rent is $1,000 a month with all utilities included (yep, no surprise bills!), and the deposit is $1,000.
