Nearly a brand new home that I am pained to rent out as I have to leave the state for work. This home was built in 2020 and has had only one tenant, myself. I traveled almost 50% of the time and quickly realized I would have to move eventually. This means this home has had barely any wear and tear at all as only one person was living in it, and with little effort to nest - no walls or decorations or furniture to mar or scratch, no family or parties to stain or discolor. Only a brand new house would be in better condition than this one and if you visit the unit you'll know I'm not stretching things to make a sale. One of the biggest pains in leaving this place is the location of it. A primary complaints about newer homes these days is that they are on such small lots that all the windows and yards open up to 7 different sets of eyes at any given time. This unit has a backyard that faces a ravine and trees that are undeveloped. Only 2 sets of neighbors can see into the backyard, unlike most other similar units. The master bedroom is completely private and is one of my favorite parts about the place; and a big reason of why I bought it. The windows open to the eastern sun in the morning, and no house looks into the master bedroom's set of windows. Check Google maps and the pictures for a better idea of what i mean The home comes with a stove and microwave from the original builder that are barely used, and a washer/dryer and fridge that I bought not with renting but with living in mind. The 2 car garage is spacious, I can leave a little bit of the home equipment in there for the future tenants as well as some basic shelving but otherwise it's almost completely open. The upstairs is terrific for families, since 2 of the rooms share a jack-and-jill bathroom, with the 3rd room positioned as a perfect office. The master bedroom has a terrific, private view and is superbly clean. All the pictures in the rooms are current as of me typing this. I moved a table or two to stage a picture but otherwise, what you see is what is there - little furniture, and quite clean. The upstairs carpet needs to be stretched, and i'll take care of that before i leave. The neighborhood is new, safe, and quiet. There aren't loud families, unkept lawns, or troublesome visitors; just family folk out for a walk. Usually kids or grandparents. There are no loud streets nearby and the house is very quiet with the windows open. I'm confident that if the location is not terrible for you, then the home will be a great deal. I'll take care of the HOA and the lawncare, and will ask the tenant to take care of the rest of the utilities. I'm looking for the right person take this place. While I will not be coming back to live in this home, I am still going to extend my search until I find someone who will hopefully take care of this place with the care they would want in their own property. Please reach out if the location and description seem like a good fit, so we can schedule a time to show it in person. Good luck on your search. Renter pays for everything but HOA and lawncare.
