    Looking to rent a 2 bedroom basement unit. The house is about 10-15min from downtown, really close to I-25! The unit has 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. Hardwood in the living area/kitchen and carpet in the bedrooms. The entire space has been entirely remodeled. The house features a large fenced in yard. Utilities would be split evenly among all the residents. I will only rent 1 room per person. Will consider renting one of the rooms for $700 + utilities. Looking to start the lease Dec. 1st. A little about me... I am a young professional looking for similar people to share this large home. I will be living on the main floor, and the unit that is available will be a basement unit. I work most of the day, and do like to come back home and unwind. I do like to stay focused during the week but I'm not against letting out some steam in the weekends. I do have a friendly Siberian husky, and not willing to add another pup at this time.
