Cozy 3/2 duplex in heart of Reynoldstown across from Edgewood Shopping Center. Walk to absolutely everything. Stainless appliances, washer/dryer in unit, off street parking, HVAC, tenants have been there for years with no problems. Please note though...this is only intended for the right person. Meaning, the rent amount is low because I'm ok taking less for someone stable with good credit and basically wants to be left alone. I almost always have long term tenants and I usually have this arrangement. And it works really well if it's a good fit on both sides.
