The apartment has 2-3 bedrooms depending on how you want to use it. Buses and trains are close to property along with major highways, Belt Pkwy, Conduit and major highways to L.I are very near the property. Major areas like howard beach, crossbay and woodhaven is close to property for variety of food, restaurants, bars etc. Property is close to L.I as well, Walmart is about 14 minutes away, JFK is also 11 minutes away. Home depot is 6 minutes away and the Aqueduct Resorts World Casino is 8 minutes away. Lease will be 1 year and will not be raised every year unless needed. Small pets are allowed but clean after them, anything that the pet ruins example: flooring or/and carpet will be your responsible to fix. No cigarette smoking in the home please. Backyard and garage is not available for use nor can the main entrance be used for any type of storage. How the apartment was given is how it shall be respectfully returned, renters insurance is not mandatory but strongly suggested, your belongings is your responsibility.
