I have one room available, with its own bathroom. The room is about 10ft by 12ft with a smoky Mountain View with a mirrored closet. The living room has all new appliances and a large island. Also, there is a dining room table as well as a 75in tv. There is a lounging area outside for winter fires and wrapped with LED lights. Also, I have a carport available if needed and storage (within reason) available. Really the only fees are electricity and wifi, water bill is cheap. I'd like to think of us as roommates and less of a landlord/ tenant relationship.
