Come check out our beautiful newly renovated apartment. This apartment has brand new flooring, new carpet, appliances, hardware, lighting, fixtures and blinds. We also installed a new counter top in the kitchen and brand new tile in the bathroom shower. We provide free basic-extended cable service through Time Warner. There is a stack-able washer and dryer provided for you in the apartment and the only utility you would have to pay for out of pocket is your electric. The heat here is gas, which we cover so that means NO HEAT BILL in the Winter months. We have a 9ft swimming pool and a laundry facility. We are continuing to upgrade our property and have many projects coming up in the future. Please stop by the leasing office or call to make an appointment.
