Wifi capable (tenant hook-up/cost). Propane filled and paid for by tenant, shared electric cost to monthly cap. This cabin is completely dry - water hauled in 5 gallon jugs is tenant responsibility. Laundry and showers in town, gym, work, etc. Tenant responsible for snow removal from drive way (with access to snowblower) and deck as well as all season groundskeeping. No smokers, no cats. Will consider a well behaved dog with additional pet deposit.
