Our home is located in the gated community of Oak Run Country Club in Ocala Florida. This lovely upgraded 2 bedroom/ 2 bath home is offered for a 6 month rental for the fall/ winter 2026-2027. We will allow a small well behaved house trained dog. (there is a fenced yard and a community dog park) Oak Run is a beautiful community with great amenities including: 6 pools with hot tubs, shuffleboard, tennis and pickleball courts, restaurant/ bar and a beautiful 18 round golf course. There are also 2 large gyms with daily classes available for everyone. This community has a plethora of classes, clubs and organizations. Our home is nestled in The Preserve with huge oak trees lining the streets and wonderful neighbors. The house has plantation shutters throughout, 2 bedrooms and 2 full baths with a living room, dining room, sun room for reading, and an office. There is also an all weather porch overlooking the large back fenced in yard with an outside area for enjoying a BBQ with friends under the trees. The eat in kitchen, is equipped with state of- the-art appliances. Visiting friends or family with children are always welcome. This is a beautiful 2/2 private home in a 55 and over Country Club community in SW Ocala Florida.. One person living in this house must be 55 years or older. This is a smoke free house with room for one car in the garage and one car in the driveway. There will be a non refundable cleaning fee of $250.00 and a dog deposit (if needed) of $100.00 which will be returned if not needed. Internet, utilities and cable TV are included in your monthly rental fee. The use of all the amenities are also included except for resident golf fees. A non refundable deposit of $1400.00 is required to secure the house and the remainder of $1400.00 plus the cleaning fee of $250.00 (and dog fee) will be included with your first months rent.
