    Located in Campton Lower village, this3++ Bedroom home was vacation home &the owners started some rehab in places that would need completion. On the second story They started to remove bath off master & split it into 2 small bedrooms - could easily be a nice sized master with its own bath, there are two other bedrooms& a full bath . One of the bedrooms has door to large 3rd story attic , other is to attic between house& 3 story barn/garage . First floor has livingroom with fieldstone fireplace (unknown condition)large, large dining, den, kitchen & playroom/laundry/storage room w/ half bath& another room with shower & sauna. The playroom leads to the garage floor of barn. The barn has a full dirt basement under for your animals (?) The main house has a newer hot water heating system in the full part of the houses basement, 2 covered porches, and 3/4 of an acre that use to be open field but is now fully treed. roof was reshindled in 2008 (there are a few areas where shingles blew off ).The house price is reflective of needed finish. But great village location ,level 3/4 acre lot and house appears structurally sound . Town water and in addition to the newer heating system , owners replaced the septic tank in 2016+/- with new concrete tank . Campton Village overlay allows for business& home(Campton allows for an auxillary dwelling unit as long as it is connected to the house & meets the size requirement). Possible conversion of 2nd story of barn to residential or business
