The shared laundry room downstairs has large capacity washer & drier. All utilities and WiFi are included. The Roku smart TV gets all local TV as well as streaming media services. It's very quiet (no leaf blowers, cars, motorcycles on the water). Popular recreation at the house includes summertime lounging on your private deck, fishing, inertubing, sailing, swimming, kayaking, stand-up paddling. From our gated parking lot, walk 3 minutes through a tiny city park, down a ramp to the river, and the house is the first one at the bottom of the ramp. Carts for hauling groceries and belongings are available. The "Jantzen Beach Shopping Center" is 4 minutes away and has several big box stores, a couple of restaurants, a Target (which includes a full grocery supermarket). Nearby Vancouver Washington (6 minutes away and no I-5 traffic) has lots of good restaurants. Limitations: non-smoker, no entertaining, one occupant unless agreed otherwise. You will need to be quiet because there is another tenant downstairs. Application: $75 background check, application, references, proof of income, copy of driver's license.
