The house does need some work. I would say about 20k to 25k worth. this is why it is priced how it is. It would be great for investors/flippers or someone that really wants it and make it their own. This is a handyman special. we will be adding new pictures shortly. Bring all offers I do not think you would be able to get a conventional loan in its current condition If you are an agent and have a client feel free to contact me but please do not try and get me signed up with you. I am in need of no assistance of any kind from an agent. Also, no preview of the house unless you have a client with you that is interested.
