Utilities once split is about 80 dollars a month. So everything adds up to about 100 a month. I am a software engineer looking for a fun roommate. My good buddy got a bad ass job up in Orlando!! We have a kick ass setup. Movie theater projector and leather couches surround sound and a double lazy boy couch to hang out and have beers by the lake. I am really chill and looking for someone who is the same. I don't so there is no pans or plates my roommate is taking all his stuff. I eat all my meals out. So the kitchen is never dirty. I am super clean and would like someone who is moderately clean. My roommate can leave his bed and TV if your interested it will just cost ya a little. Look forward to meeting you and hanging out!
