Adelitas, Maria Empanada and Pearl St. are just a few blocks away. Only 10 minutes to downtown. Light rail station just a couple of blocks away for convenience. I currently have a cat and pay $35 extra a month. If you do not have an animal, this can be taken off. I would be adding you onto my lease as a roommate in order for you to sublet.
