The apartment is 780 square feet, with a walk through closet, a new stackable washer/dryer in the bath room, new, updated countertops in the bathroom and kitchen. New oven, microwave, refrigerator and dishwasher. There is a good size balcony with a good sized storage closet also. The apartment complex has an awesome gym with two racquetball courts. Basically this is a sublet, you would apply through Sunblest and they have to approve you to move in, I listed the qualifications. You would then essentially take over the remainder of my lease. The move in time is negotiable as I can pretty much be out whenever you need me to be. No previous evictions, application fee $25, must pass a background & credit check & show proof of income. Income must be three times the rent amount monthly. Water, sewage & trash is included in the rent. I will pay your first month's rent then you would finish the lease through October 31, 2016.
