Christopher (Chris) & I, Sarah Amy Fortenberry, Esq., Chris’s domestic partner, are assuming guardianship of Chris’s mother, Mrs Alice Faye Cox, the property owner, who inherited the home from her parents. Mrs Cox has not been living in the home the past 3 years since she has had knee replacement surgery and heart surgery. The current tenant’s lease has ended. Selling seems to be the wisest course.
