My husband and I bought this home in 2002. We have raised 4 kids and a few grandchildren here. It just feels like home! The house also comes with a country store established in 1971 that is just 1 mile from the largest lake in Texas, Toledo Bend. The store offers groceries, busy deli, meat deli, gas, diesel, Hunt Brothers Pizza, live & frozen bait and plumbing supplies. The home is engulfed in large oak and pecan trees so the shade is wonderful. In 2011 we screened in our side porch (20X22) and placed a large flat screen with surround sound, comfy couches and fire pit that is great for a family movie night. You couldn't ask for a better school district which our children have all started and graduated from.
