Sandy City takes good care of the streets during both Summer and Winter. It is not uncommon to see people running and exercising all throughout the day. There are 3 parks within walking distance and 5 including schools. The neighbors have all been very nice and approachable since the first day we moved in. There are no neighbors directly behind the house, so there is an unobstructed view of the mountains with glorious sunsets. The ski resorts are a short drive and downtown Salt Lake City is just 15 minutes away. Please call with any questions or for a private showing.
