We have had this home in our family for over 25 years! We remodeled the entire home 25 years ago and redid everything - from the bathrooms to the kitchen. Everything is fairly new and taken care of well. There was one person living here for the entirety of the 5 years and no pets. Please no housing vouchers. Utilties not included in rent! Renter is responsible for all utilities (gas, water, trash, electricity, internet, cable). Security deposit is due at the time of lease signing. No large animals, small animals allowed upon review.
