Just remodeled. Our 2bd/2 bath house has two extra rooms, one large which could be office with private entrance and a smaller extra bedroom. The home sits on 21 acres and has a small lake. We also live in a separate house on the land part time. Because of lake we do not want children under 10. Cat and well behaved dog is fine. There is a garden already fenced you can use and two storage shed. Also a studio we are glad to share. We are glad to live with the many creatures which all this place him. I have lived here for 50 plus years and have felt very safe. We prefer people who have lived in this area, but are open. Renter responsible for gas, electric and internet. Please no storage of broken cars, RV's or trailers.
