Appliances & Regular Maintenance Regular maintenance of the house, including backyard and front yard, and appliances (Kitchen appliances, Washer & Dryer) will be the responsibility of the tenant and tenant is expected to keep the home and appliances in the same condition barring normal use related wear. The included pool table, furnishings, fixtures, and any optional furniture, equipment or furnishings must be maintained in the same condition at the time of start of rental. No smoking inside the house is permitted No sub-leasing is allowed Tenant will follow HOA rules, a copy of these rules will be provided at the time of finalizing the lease agreement
