Location, Location, Location. OceanPoint Luxury New Home is where the Atlantic collides with the Gulf of Mexico. The cheapest boat fuel pump is at the end of our canal. The owners are obcessed with Tropical gardening and have a walk in orchid hut, currently featuring a rare BLUE philanopolis. Some mornings at 8am you can see the dolphin feeding at our seawall. From April to October an osprey sleeps at night on our flagpole. Anything that swims in the Atlantic or the Gulf swims past this home. Last year we were guilty of snagging a whale shark from our seawall fishing raft. When the owners are in residence in the downstairs duplex, they...'ll tell you secret places to go look for lobsters. There is plenty of dockage for your 50' boat. Come sit on the balcony and watch the boat parade, but not if Homeland Security is looking for you. Homeland Security boats pass this duplex on a daily basis. Cubans float in, but no dangerous pirates. While watching the boat parade you can smoke on the balcony, but do not drop any cigarette butts on the ground. The fish come out at night and smoke them, and we are trying to get them to quit.
