One person per room The house has a bunch of upgrades. The bathrooms are all super nice. All the kitchen appliances are top of the line. There are two sets of washers and dryers. A stackable unit on the 2nd floor and on the 3rd floor a front loading units. Two balconies are ready to be enjoyed. One with a roof one without. The whole house has wood or laminate flooring so it's super easy to maintain. There is a Rottweiler in the house now. He's friendly but he's a large dog Great place to live with friends with plenty of space. No smoking in the house. 420 friendly. Just be respectful
