It's conveniently next to a boat ramp and has a private dock. A quick drive to Dadeville, Eclectic, or Alex City, gives access to great food, hiking trails, and beautiful Lake Martin. We find the proximity to Auburn very convenient. The house is relaxing with a welcoming atmosphere. The top level is the master suite. The main level is the shared living space. The terrace level has the 2 additional bedrooms and a full bath. Enjoy the stocked kitchen, the comfortable couches, the family dining space, and a good night sleep. This home provides a King bed, Queen bed, a Full over Full bunkbed, a twin trundle and a sofa bed. Sleeps 11. You'll love the neighborhood's proximity to Chuck's Marina, with a boat ramp you can access as our guest. Chuck's is right across the cove from us! They offer fuel for your watercraft, great food/drinks and live music on occasion. At the house, you'll find 4 kayaks with paddles, life vests, fishing gear, cornhole, "yardzee", books, board games, movies, smart TVs. The kitchen is fully equipped. There is a drip coffee maker and Keurig coffee maker. And you'll have access to a high chair and a pack n' play if needed. All bath towels are provided. We recommend you bring lake towels for your family/friends to use outside. Please respect our neighbors with quiet hours from 9pm to 9am. This is not a party house. You'll have the whole house, 1 deck, 1 patio, a private backyard, a private boat slip on a shared dock with space to dock 2 boats. There are stairs down to the dock from our back yard. The walkway by the water is shared by all 8 homes. Fully furnished. No smoking. 1 pet allowed with an additional $1000 non-refundable fee. Parking for 2 cars.
