Charming and Quaint!!! About 14 years ago newer plumbing &electrical were updated. In the past two years it has been painted inside, the fireplace has been rebuilt completely, a very expensive (SAFE STEP) walk-in tub was added, carpet and linoleum were laid, a new dishwasher & gas hot water heater was installed, AND a workshop was added. There is a water well with a new pump, too. There are 15 fruit trees!! Several outbuildings!!
