It is walking distance from the elementary school and bus route. HEB grocery store is about 2 miles away. It is accessible to the highway. Since the house is clean and fresh, I don't like pets that will destroy the place. Also, qualifications are no criminal records, no eviction and income must be about 3 times the rent. Rent included water, sewage, and trash. Tenant pays for electricity.
