Also, there is a separate two car garage with a loft and a separate back area for tons of storage. And the driveway will accommodate three cars. As you can see by the pictures, the home has amazing light, 8 foot ceilings with crown molding all around, a heat pump that supplies heat and air conditioning, along with a traditional gas furnace. It is situated on a “No Outlet” street, which means basically no traffic!! And the neighbors in the eight other homes on your street will feel almost like family in no time! This is a late model manufactured home that sits in a flood plane. Because it has a crawlspace rather than a basement and it’s first floor sits above the noted flood elevation it has never experienced any flood damage during the two events that have occurred in the 18 years that I’ve been here. Some water has entered the garage, which sits 20 inches lower than the house (I lived here for six years before putting up the new home..) Flood insurance for the home and garage and its contents is less than $1000 a year.
