Very comfortable and charming 1 bedroom plus Den/2nd Bedroom. The is the second floor of a historic 1865 rehab. Very nice neighborhood, walk to many parks, restaurants, shops. Located one block off river with views. Great schools and safe area. Commute to Chicago, train station is 1.9 miles away. Only down side is the ceilings are low 6'3".
