The outside air condenser and compressor have been replaced with a new unit approximately last april and still have a warranty. Taxes are current and the 2016 taxes on this property will be approximately 2271.00. the previous owner just passed away and he had tax exemptions freezing the taxes for the last 17 years so they did not reflect current market value. We had to have a certified appraiser come out for our taxes and all numbers are based from that appraisal.
