Three bikes are included with the condo. East Beach is just 2.8 miles down the road. Quick bike ride or drive. Convenience stores and restaurants right close. Shopping and dining are abundant at The Pier or Redfern Village just a little further down the way. Live the life you don't need a vacation from. No smoking. No pets. Bikes are available to use in the unit storage located in the garage. We don't live near, so expedient communication about any property maintenance issues would be required in order for us to properly manage and maintain the property. Rent is due the 1st of the month.
