You will be 10 minutes from the airport, 2 minutes from Peninsula hospital. 15 minutes from UT hospital, 15 minutes from Knoxville and 15 minutes from Maryville. Our home is located in Louisville on Loudon Lake. We have 2 beautiful acres overlooking the water. You will have access to the kitchen and laundry room, which are on the main level. You also have a mini fridge in the bedroom. The room is up 1 flight of steps. Although you will have your own room and bathroom, you would be sharing the other areas of the home with my family and 2 friendly cats. The bathroom is not attached to the room but it is across the loft from the bedroom. Available for short term, mid term, or long term rental periods. We can do a lease term anywhere from 1 month to-12 months. No smoking in the home. Renter is responsible for cleaning their dishes.
